To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
This book was the bomb! I knew the title had spice but wait till you read it. It is truly one-of-a-kind. Read this one when I was in college, just borrowed it from the library. I was prepared to be bored because the cover (cheap yellow and kinda torn up)didn't do the book justice, but I was blown away! It talks about injustice and prejudice between the white and the colored people and how a child (Scout), who is simply ahead of her time, can look beyond color. Thus, making her more mature than the old folks. The story is priceless and entertaining and can teach us all a lesson. The point being, this life will be so much better if we all see things like children do. I rate this one * * * * *
